Holco Metrology Solutions continues to monitor developments around COVID-19, as well as new local and state-wide restrictions that are being implemented on an almost daily basis. We are in a business that by necessity requires travel and interaction with many and our service technicians are therefore at a higher risk of contracting the virus and spreading it to our customers. While our commitment has always been to provide timely and quality service, nothing is more important than the safety and health of our customers and employees, and our thoughts are with those impacted by the Coronavirus. While no one can predict the future, all of us, both as businesses and individually, must do our part to limit the spread of the virus.

With that in mind, and due to PA Governor Wolf’s declaration, we have decided to temporarily postpone all travel by our service technicians. If you have a current service agreement with us that will be impacted by this shutdown, we will be automatically extending its terms by 6 months. If your machine(s) will fall out of calibration in that time, you will receive a new calibration sticker with a 6-month extended due date. As restrictions are lifted in the future, we will contact you to schedule any missed visits as soon as possible. For all other needs, we are here to provide remote support via phone and TeamViewer as required.
